Are you a pet or a pet that is almost a person? Seriously.

What's with you?

I really think that there are other ways to follow a person, in a nicer way. Sometimes, the rules that we follow usually came from the leaders themselves, but sometimes, if the bosses are gone, there are other people who actually stand for them for the MEANTIME. But standing for them DOES NOT mean to go BEYOND THEM. It’s really ridiculous to see people like them. I definitely understand why some people are like this, but most of the time, you won’t be able to handle it anymore. A great example, if your boss asks you to take in charge, you must just FOLLOW THE EXACT DIRECTION. Your personal intention is not important, unless you want to be a boss as well. Let’s admit it, if we don’t like the boss, we are annoyed easily, but if they are substituted by more annoying person, without doing anything, you are already annoyed. Why do these people have to act like that? They are bossier than the boss himself.

Facts, maybe this is their way to survive so they make their way to drag other people down and try not to involve him/herself on the issue that he/she is spilling about. This is truly happening in many ways. Many people still have the so called “Crab Mentality” just for them to get up. Next, maybe he just really wanted to take over for the whole thing, meaning, REPLACE THE BOSS. This is then worst I think, because sometimes, as I’ve said awhile back, there are other people who go beyond the exact rules. Example, if the boss will be gone for a week, probably there’s someone who would take in charge, and that person is asked to do such task. These are following:

·         Ask our people not to be absent for a week, because we need more people this week.

REVISED VERSION: If you will be absent for this week, try not to visit the company anymore. Said boss.

·         Do well while I’m gone, encourage them!

REVISED VERSION: I don’t have to please you all to do well, show me that you deserve for this company.

This is usually happening I guess, and the point is… the person in charge is definitely ruining the image of the kind boss. For those people that I am actually making this for, BE REMINDED OF THE FOLLOWING:

Ø  Take turns, don’t drag people down.

Ø  Don’t destroy someone’s beautiful day. I’m very sure that they do really wish not to see you, FOREVER.

Ø  Walk your position, not others position. Want to be a boss? Work it the right way.

Ø  Last, you won’t be able to reach such position if you don’t try to get along nicely with them.

Even if we are brainy, I really think that we still don’t have the right or even if we have the right, we must not do it. These things are common courtesy, want respect? Show people that you deserve a respect as well. We’d rather not to be so brainy, rather than to be like these people.
